Japanese Salad With Sweet Vinegar Dressing-Sunomono

This is an easy to make Japanese Salad With Sweet Vinegar Dressing. If I am not mistaken, some restaurants calls it Sunomono Salad. Basically, the salad consists of Wakame (Japanese seaweed), seafood, vegetables, and noodles mixed with a slightly acidic dressing. Here I chose to use mung bean noodles or also known as bean thread and glass noodles. Then, I topped the salad with some toasted sesame seeds. Do try making this refreshing salad at home.
